Completed Webhannet Place - Rt. 1 Kennebunk

We took over construction of this major office building in Kennebunk during framing and managed the project through. We also customized each set of offices to the leasing companies (including accountants, a dentist, real estate company etc.)

Pike Industries Scale House and Offices

We built a new scale house and offices for Pike Industries at their new Elliot location.

York Hospital Offices / Webhannet Medical Center

We built York Hospital a new commercial medical building in Moody to house a variety of doctors and a physical therapist group. Since original construction, we have also been asked to customize offices to new doctors as they move in.

Blue Shutter Inn

This was a major renovation and addition to a bed and breakfast on Shore Road in Ogunquit.

Town of Ogunquit/Ogunquit Modernization

We built public restrooms in three locations for the Town of Ogunquit's modernization project.

Ogunquit Fire Station Expansion

This was a major renovation and addition to the existing fire station in Ogunquit. The fire company wanted to expand and we tore the roof off and built a new second floor living space to compliment the existing footprint and functionality of the fire house.

Sweete Shoppe - Perkins Cove, Ogunquit

We performed a major renovation to an old tee shirt store. We tore the existing structure down and built a new candy and ice cream store in Perkins Cove.

Bank of New England - Wells, Maine

We built a major bank and office complex for the Bank of New England in Wells, Maine. This building was the first of its kind also housing professional offices as well as the large bank.
